In another exciting shutout game, the boys’ soccer team won against McGuffey with a score of 6-0. Quickly after the start of the game, sophomore Ethan Bowser scored a goal off an assist from senior Zack Snyder. Ethan Bowser then proceeded to assist junior Mitchell Ulm with goal number two. Juniors Kyle Ochap and Andrew Smith also scored goals, both of which were off of assists from Zack Snyder. Andrew Smith scored again later in the game off an assist from sophomore Max Salankiewicz. The final goal of the game was scored by sophomore Gino Penascino after an assist from Ethan Bowser. Goalie Austin Onofrey stood his ground in the goal, making himself an instrumental part in the Warriors’ victory. The boys play East Allegheny at home next. Come out and support the Warriors!
